Discussion -A bit of an update: I saw a surgeon yesterday and I (unfortunately) need surgery on my legs. I was supposed to have it a few years ago, but insurance wouldn't cover it. I am currently waiting 2-4 weeks for my insurance to decide if they will cover it this time. In the mean time, I've gotten the all clear to exercise, just as long as I have my legs tightly wrapped to prevent any damage to them (which is super uncomfortable by the way). So, it looks like it will be walks, and potentially some time on the elliptical machine at the gym....if I can manage to get over the gym phobia.
On the bright side, I've found a motivator. If I meet my goal of breaking 300 by January, I'm buying this for myself. I fit in it, but it's just a little snug.
