When I click on a story I NEVER, EVER want the video to play automatically. Only if specifically clicking on a "Play" icon should the video load. Merely clicking on a story headline should NOT autoplay.

Please remove the Ellen DeGeneres ad with her supposedly crying after having been "dumped". Its offensive and uncalled for.

A person used to be able to set their own criteria for news and features they want to see. Now it appears Yahoo wants to tell us what to read intertwined with ads made to look like news stories. Pathetic.

Yahoo needs to be more balanced in its news feed. All we get are left-wing news stories from Huffington Post, NBC, etc. How about the Wall Street Journal? It's only fair to be more balanced.

Simple enough idea, its called keeping current local news headlines current. I have been dealing with 3 day old articles for awhile now and am ready to give up on yahoo for update articles.

Your site is a virtual mouthpiece for the Democratic Party. You present opinion articles as factual news items, almost all of which support ObamaCare and try to spin why the midterms are not going to be a DISASTER for the Dems. I have used a Yahoo email account for more than 10 years, but seriously going to change it for my personal email if you continue to assault me with liberal pablum. If Obama ever stops suddenly, someone is going to have to perform a Yahoo-ectomy on him!

Today's headline from the Daily Beast was "Paul Ryan: Still a Total Jerk". How can you possibly justify calling that news? Put NEWS in the news feed. I go there for news, not for hate rants.

What is with all the far left Liberal news(The Atlantic, Huff Post, Atlantic Wire etc)?? When did Yahoo News get so bias and Liberal??

Most articles are from liberal blogs like Daily Best, Atlantic Wire, AFP, NCC and etc. It's long past the point where I'll click on an article because it's on a subject that's interesting to me - you get too much garbage that way. It's gotten to the point where I can't find anything to read from a source that won't just print lies to push their ideology.

I've noticed a consistent liberal bias to many of the stories you choose to include, and it seems to be getting worse over the past several months.

I'm switching to Google News, and will recommend to my friends to do the same. Overall Google's approach seems much more even-handed.

I see yahoo is now putting huff post articles on the front page for news...a decidedly left wing garbage machine. Get rid of it.

Yahoo consistently publishes articles claiming the continued success of Obamacare, despite the majority of Americans lack of support for it and its failure. Your 'reporters' need to either stop pulling information soley from Barack Obama's website, or learn how to research both sides of an issue to publish a fair and balanced article.

You cant watch even the shortest clip without first having to watch a full commercial. Then you move over to another news item and have to watch another commercial. AND they are not short commercials. Sometimes the commercials are longer than the news item. CAn't we be reasonable with this? Let me watch some content before you flood me with commercials and stop selling advertising like news items for which I have to watch a commercial beforehand to watch the stupid infomercial.
