Yes I just accepted a position at a clinic and they use a contracted company to run the entire network. I mean I am the admin and I have no active directory control, or anything I have to call to submit for a new user. So I want to remove the contract for the network and just let the contractors run the medical software like Intergy, so I can do as +Peter Vanrietvelde suggested. I know google apps can help these frustrated users.
