Office of Financial Responsibility and Data Management
This office within the Land Division implements the agency’s financial regulatory programs in all media, collecting data for several mandated programs and performing internal audits for division programs. Financial regulatory programs include those for Solid and Hazardous Waste financial assurance and regulated Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank financial responsibility. Some of the data programs include the Solid Waste Information and Assessment Report (SWIA), the Community Right to Know Program (TIER II) and the Recycling Rate Report.
