Top 5 must-see NFL plays from Sunday (Video)

Shutdown Corner

McCluster's big return

The Kansas City Chiefs had just won a key third-down challenge (followed by a funny mixup from referee Terry McAulay) when the New York Giants were forced to punt. It was a 10-7 game at this point when Chiefs punt returner Dexter McCluster broke things open with this sidewinding score. The 4-0 Chiefs never looked back, dropping the Giants to 0-4.

Hunter, touchdown gatherer

Break up the Tennessee Titans! And what has gotten into Justin Hunter? First, he caught the game-winning score in Week 3, and then his second NFL catch — another touchdown — is this leaping beauty that helped spur the offense and propel the Titans to a 3-1 start in a win over the New York Jets.

Peterson goes deep in London

In his incredible career that should still have plenty of time left, Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has 12 career touchdown runs of 60 yards or longer, which is an NFL record. This one — a brilliant display of power and speed — was 60 yards on the nose, stinging the normally stingy Steelers defense.

Down goes Big Ben

The Pittsburgh Steelers came back from 17 points down in the fourth quarter, and quarterback Roethlisberger drove them to the 6-yard line in the waning second. On third down, Roethlisberger dropped back to throw but was strip-sacked by Everson Griffen, and the ball was recovered by Kevin Williams for the Vikings’ first victory of the season.

Bush heads for the end zone

The Detroit Lions went on the road and won last week, which was an achievement of its own, but they did it without Reggie Bush, making it even more impressive. With Bush back in the lineup, the Lions showed just how explosive they can be. Bush broke through the line and leaped his way to a 37-yard score in a win over the Chicago Bears.
