Details revealed in shooting death of Guyer student

MONTAGUE — Montague County sheriff’s officials revealed more details about the weekend shooting death of Guyer High School senior and football player Nathan Maki during a news conference Tuesday at the Montague County Courthouse Annex. Montague County Sheriff Paul Cunningham said the shooting looks accidental but is still under investigation, pending additional witness interviews. The case will be reviewed by a grand jury.
