I'm the woman in the photo on page 8 of the fall issue. Everyone pictured is a UNT student, all part of Dr. Pamela Padilla's laboratory, and not in the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Summer Transitions program.

I volunteer my time, while others are in the HHMI Undergraduate Research Program, and the person on the right is a graduate student.
