The Rainwater Charitable Foundation gave $500,000 in January to support the UNTHSC’s brain research program and geriatric education initiatives.  Walter Rainwater, a member of the UNTHSC Foundation Board of Directors, expressed his commitment to advancing research, education, and care for seniors. All three priorities will be served by this gift, which will begin an endowment for brain research and support our innovative Seniors Assisting in Geriatric Education (SAGE) program.
