Alum provides sound design for Sundance stand-out film

Ken McGill ('05) worked as a sound designer for the film Blood Brother, a documentary about a man who moves to India to help children with HIV/AIDS. The film won the U.S. Jury Grand Prize and Audience Award at this year's Sundance Film Festival.

Professor's composition wins America's Region Award

New billboards highlight successful alumni who found UNT to be "A green light to greatness," the Mean Green soccer team said goodbye to the Sun Belt Conference by winning two championships before entering Conference USA next year, UNT's Green Brigade Drumline is the No. 1 drumline in college football, says Bleacher Report.

The Collegium Singers — a group of UNT student vocalists specially trained in singing music of the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries — performed at the Early Music America's Young Performers Festival, part of the Berkeley Early Music Festival in June in Berkeley, Calif.
