Academic Interests
Assistant Professor (Logistics), received her Ph.D. from the University of Maryland. Her research interests focus on the aviation industry with an emphasis on firm strategy and performance. Her recent studies examine the relationship between U.S. air carriers and the Department of Defense in the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program. Dr. Donovan is the Associate Director for the Aviation Logistics Program and teaches undergraduate courses in air cargo and aviation infrastructure. Prior to joining the University of North Texas she taught graduate courses at the Air Force Institute of Technology in the areas of air transportation, reliability, transportation policy, inventory management, and production and operations management. She has also advised 16 graduate student theses and research projects.
