The UNT Libraries have several Hitachi interactive whiteboards available for use in group projects.

  • A multi-touch surface that is somewhere between a dry-erase board and a computer.
  • Input with your fingers, a stylus, or the computer keyboard/mouse.
  • Collaborative work surface allows for up to 3 users to work on the board at a time.
  • Text recognition software can convert your handwriting to text.
  • Integration with several different search engines.
  • Google image search, and drag/drop images from the web
  • Create & edit Text, Images, hyperlinked objects, 
  • Screen Capture, Screen Recording, Export as HTML, PDF, JPG, PNG

  • Stations: 3 Interactive whiteboards: 2 Microsoft Windows / 1 Apple Mac.
  • Availability:  Student Use Only. Requires EUID/Password login. First-come, first-served.
  • Location: Willis Library, 1st Floor. In the 24 center.

Eagle Commons Library

Discovery Park Library

  • Stations: 1 Interactive whiteboard: Apple Mac Mini.
  • Availability: Available to the General Public. First-come, first-served.
