UNT Press books now available as Google eBooks!

In December 2010 Google launched its Google eBook platform (formerly Google Editions) and began offering for sale more than three million publications as eBooks. Google eBooks are like print books, only digital. As a publishing partner, UNT Press has loaded numerous titles with Google eBooks and they are now for sale within the Google eBookstore at this link: http://books.google.com/ebooks

Google eBooks, once purchased, are stored in the cloud and can be read on multiple electronic devices, instead of being tied to one proprietary device. You can begin reading an ebook on a computer and switch seamlessly to continue reading on your smartphone, tablet, Nook, or netbook, for example. By storing ebooks in the cloud, you can pull them off your own digital bookshelf and read them on whichever device you have, wherever you are. If desired, you can also download any ebook you buy in PDF and/or ePub format.

UNT Press books were previously discoverable through Google Preview for limited browsing of a book online before purchase, but now you have the option to instantly purchase and read the entire work as an eBook!
