HSC Telephone Services
Base Level Services:
Install, maintain, contract management, user training, inside plant (wiring), outside plant (wiring), password management (voicemail/UM) records management (station, user, cable, etc.), monthly billing, move and change services, investigate new options and services and inventory management.
Service Definition:
Provide basic telephone services, Voicemail, CTI, ACD/UCD for the campus community as well as the infrastructure for voice and data to new or renovated buildings. Provide phone billing.

Data services set-up and support. See HELP DESK and CLIENT SERVICES
