The Financial Aid Office knows that paying for graduate or professional school can be an overwhelming experience for students. It is our goal to provide you, our students, with financial assistance and advice to help you manage the costs associated with your educational pursuits.

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

2013-2014 FAFSA is now available.  

Award notifications will be sent during the week of May 6, 2013 through May 10, 2013 to UNTHSC students who have applied for federal aid.

The 2013-2014 FAFSA will be utilized for aid for the Summer 2013/Fall 2013/Spring 2014 terms. Further instructions and eligibility requirements are listed here. 

*We are reviewing 2013-2014 FAFSA applications.  Please check your email regularly as students will be notified by email if further information is needed.  

2013-2014 Disbursement date information

Listed below are the dates that Financial Aid will be disbursed for the Summer and Fall terms.  Students must be enrolled at least half-time to receive federal loans and grants.  Student will NOT receive a refund on the dates listed below.  Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for Student Financials to process your refund (if eligible).

*You may view the status of your application via your MyHSC student portal or via https://unthsc.academicworks.com/ . You will "sign in" with your current EUID & password. 

*Recipients and non-recipients will be notified in late June/early July.
