The Charles A. “Mac” McClure CCIM Scholarship provides a tuition scholarship for the recipient to attend a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation course. The Texas Apartment Association Education Foundation (TAAEF) administers the application process for its residential property management scholarships awarded each fall and spring semester. Up to five $1,000 Larry Niemann Academic Scholarships are available.
