Client Services Agents

BSC Client Services is a small group of knowledgeable, resourceful individuals who serve as your first contact for all departments within the BSC. Client Services receives inquiries from staff across all UNT institutions, business partners & vendors, and strives to establish itself as a “one stop shop” resource for all your information needs. It is our commitment to respond to your inquiries for any BSC department to the best of our ability, thereby avoiding the need for multiple transfers, longer hold times, “phone tag,” etc., as well as increasing the transactional processing efficiency of our specialists within the BSC itself.
