Billing
Payment for Services:
We accept cash, checks, and Visa/MasterCard. We participate with most HMO, PPO, and commercial insurance programs. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and Tricare assignments. As a courtesy, we file claims on your behalf. Failure to cancel an appointment is discourteous. Please call the clinic if you will not be able to keep an appointment so another patient can be scheduled. We do appreciate your calling as far in advance as possible if you must cancel an appointment.

All billing inquiries should be directed to the Patient Services Department of the Medical Services Research and Development Program (MSRDP).
