Michael DiPaolo leads the IT Shared Services department of the University of North Texas System. His responsibilities include the development of a system-wide consolidated information technology strategic plan, short term and long term operating budgets as well as governance, priority setting and decision making structures leading to the creation of a high performing, customer focused IT service organization.
