The Entrepreneurs Boot Camp will consist of six workshops including: Opportunity Identification and Assessment, Feasibility Analysis, Resources Needed to Build a Successful Venture, Writing “The Business Plan”, Implementing the Business Plan and Presenting the Business Opportunity. Workshop sessions will occur on Thursday evening, from 6:00 pm from June 6th though June 27th, and on Tuesday July 2nd, with the final workshop/business plan presentation on Saturday, July 13 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Light refreshments will be available during workshop sessions. An added feature of this Boot Camp is that UNT Graduate Students, working in teams, will assist participants in all aspects of business plan development.
The Entrepreneurs Boot Camp will be limited to 12 participants so application is required.
To be considered for Entrepreneurs Boot Camp, all participants must be committed to:
- Attending all workshops
- Completing the business plan, with assistance from student teams
- Serious consideration of filing for business status, in the state of Texas upon completion of the Boot Camp
- Presenting the final business plan to a panel of investors, mentors and entrepreneurial experts
Cost of the Boot Camp is $250 for students, cost of registration covers up to (2) individuals from each company. You will be notified if your application is accepted.
