What are your hours?

8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (Monday through Friday)
Phones answered 8:00-5:00
Answering Service available after hours

 

Where are you located?

Each of our family medicine clinics and community medicine clinics community health clinics are located throughout the metroplex, please click here for your clinic and its location.

 

Where should I park?

Each clinic has designated free parking for their patients. At the Central Clinic, patient parking is free in Lot C just behind the Patient Care Center. Park at any blue curb (marked "clinic") and enter building on the north side.

 

What hospitals are you affiliated with?
Many faculty physicians have privileges at other area hospitals as well.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and Visa/MasterCard.
We participate with most HMO, PPO, and commercial insurance programs. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and CHAMPUS assignments.

 

Do you file my insurance, or do I have to?

As a courtesy, we file claims on your behalf.

 

Do you charge for a no show?

Failure to cancel an appointment is discourteous. Please call the clinic if you will not be able to keep an appointment so another patient can be scheduled. We do appreciate you calling as far in advance as possible if you must cancel an appointment.

 

Do you have a nurse on call, if I have questions after I leave?

Nurses are available to address inquiries during business hours.

 

How are emergencies handled after hours?

Calls are forwarded to a 24-hour answering service.

 

Do you have a wheelchair to help me from my car to the office or vice versa?

Assistance can be provided upon request. 

 

Is there anyone in the office that is bilingual or multilingual?

Interpreters are available upon request.

 

What is the age range of the patients you see?

We specialize in total healthcare for the entire family.

 

Are you seeing new patients?

Yes, we are accepting new patients.

 

How soon can I be seen?

Scheduling varies according to each clinic. Please contact your clinic for an appointment.

 

What is your policy for releasing records?

All medical records are property of the clinic. If medical records need to be released, we will ask you to sign a written request for these records to be copied and mailed to a requested party.
