The UNT System Business Service Center (BSC) is scheduled to move from temporary offices at Woodhill Square Suite 200 and the University Services Building (USB) on the UNT campus to permanent offices at Woodhill Square Suite 4000 on March 5-7, 2013.

UNT System, UNT, UNTHSC and UNT Dallas departments  and vendors are requested to update their records as needed regarding the physical address of the BSC:

The main telephone numbers listed below and email contact information for the BSC will not change.

The move will have minimal effect on the services offered to customers. .  A plan is in place to maintain expected service levels, however the client services agents staffing the call center will also be in the process of relocating.  They will make every effort to respond to telephone calls and email messages during this short transition period.  Customers attempting to contact the BSC on March 5-7, who do not immediately receive an answered telephone call, are asked to call again or send an email to bsc@untsystem.edu.  A BSC staff member will respond as quickly as possible.

Following the move, all UNT System business areas staffed by the BSC will be located at Woodhill Square Suite 400, to include:

• Client Services (Call Center)
• Payroll
• Procurement Services
  • Purchasing
  • Payments & Travel
  • Supplier Diversity (Historically Underutilized Business Administration)

Note:  Current staff of UNT System Human Resources in the Benefits, Records and Employment areas will temporarily relocate with the BSC until further notice.

In order to better serve customers, the BSC will begin extended office hours on March 8 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
