Dr. D'Souza came to UNT in 1989 after nearly a decade in industry (manufacturing and corporate consulting). He teaches and researches in the areas of business integration, strategic management, organizational architecture, and operations management.

Academic Interests
Dr. D'Souza has received several research and teaching awards. His research have appeared in the Journal of Oper. Management, Prod. and Oper. Management, Information Strategy, Journal of Managerial Issues, ET&P and ISM, among others.
Non-Academic Interests
While at UNT, Dr. D'Souza has directed over 200 projects in the area of strategic planning and business integration with corporations in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. His experience covers a wide range of industries.
