All Safety Coordinators must attend an orientation session. During the orientation session, Emergency Management staff will provide an overview of emergency procedures. At the end of the session, each Safety Coordinator will receive a copy of the Emergency Preparedness Guide and a red safety vest to be worn during building evacuations.
We are scheduling Orientation sessions on a rolling schedule to meet the needs of those who registered for the Safety Coordinator Program. If you are interested in attending an Orientation and becoming a Safety Coordinator, please Register to have your name placed in our Safety Coordinator Database.
If you wish, you may schedule an orientation session to be delivered to the Safety Coordinators in your building. To do so, email . Be sure to coordinate with the other Safety Coordinators in your building to determine the time and date that works best so you can all attend at the same time.
