PAVE Student Aid Program
The PAVEStudent Aid Program supports students studying retail design, planning,
visual merchandising, industrial design and other programs for careers in the
retail environments industry who are experiencing financial difficulties. The
intent is to provide for basic needs such as food, housing, books, tuition,
bills, utilities, transportation, etc.

Lamps Expo Interior Design & Architecture Scholarship
Lamps
Expo announces 2017-2018 Interior Design Scholarship. Lamps Expo will be
awarding a $1,500 scholarship to a current or prospective architecture, or
interior design students at accredited universities or colleges in the U.S. or
Canada. Our goal is to support the next generation of students studying
architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture. The scholarship will
be awarded based upon an essay submission.
Who can apply?
The
interior design scholarship is open to students 18 years of age or older at
interior design, architecture, landscape architecture, and architectural
engineering schools in the U.S. and Canada. Students must be currently enrolled
at least part-time in an undergraduate or graduate design or architecture
program.
How to apply?
Simply
submit an essay of 500-1,000 words describing the importance of lighting in
interior design, and ways in which lighting can be incorporated to augment
& improve interior design and architectural elements.

2017 CallisonRTKL Scholarship & Mentorship Experience
The
CallisonRTKL Scholarship recognizes and supports leadership potential in the
field of Interior Design and Architecture through a $1,500 Scholarship, and the
opportunity to attend the 2017 International Retail Design Conference (IRDC) in
New Orleans September 5-8, 2017 as a guest of CallisonRTKL.

NEWH Scholarships Deadline July 7, 2017
NEWH,
Inc. is a non‐profit organization dedicated to the Hospitality Industry. It is
our goal to further our industry through education. NEWH, Inc. is offering (4)
scholarships for students pursuing a career objective in Hospitality Management
or Hospitality Interior Design; application deadline July 7th, 2017. The
scholarship recipient is required to attend the award event with their travel
and lodging provided by NEWH, Inc.
Student
completes one application and selects the scholarship(s) they are applying for.
All applications are discarded at the end of the year; student must re‐apply

2017 FORT WORTH CSI Scholarship
The Fort
Worth Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute Scholarship program
for 2017 is available. Applicants may be entering freshmen or returning college
students taking a minimum of 12 undergraduate or six graduate hours each
semester for the 2017/18 school year. Applicants must be majoring in a design
profession related to the built environment such as Architecture, Landscape
Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering (i.e. Civil, HVAC, Plumbing,
Electrical, Structural, Environmental, etc.) or a construction-related field
such as Construction Management or Construction Engineering. Applicants must be
citizens of the United States to be considered, and may be required to provide

NEWH Scholarships for Hospitality Students
NEWH
Dallas Chapter is awarding scholarships for students pursuing careers in
hospitality. Scholarship submission deadline is March 10th, 2017. NEWH chapters
and regional groups across the U.S., Canada, and the UK award scholarships
annually, based on whether student is in a 2-year or 4-year program and the
following criteria:
• Must be a currently
enrolled student attending an accredited college in Northern Texas, Oklahoma,
Missouri, or Kansas
• Must have completed
half the requirements for a degree or certification program in which enrolled
• Must show financial
need and have eligible debt at time of scholarship award for books, supplies,
or tuition
• Must have a minimum
3.0 GPA
• Must have a career
objective in the hospitality industry
Founded
in 1984, NEWH is an international non-profit organization, which provides access
to the hospitality industry through scholarships, mentorship, and education.

Scholarship for Study Abroad
The Benjamin
A. Gilman Scholarship offers U.S. students studying or interning abroad during
the 2015 Summer Term, 2015 Fall Semester or 2015-16 Academic Year. Deadline
to apply is March 3rd. Scholarships awards are up to $5,000 with the
average award being $4,000 with approximately 1 in 4 applicants or 1,200+
scholarships awarded.
Eligibility Criteria:
- U.S. citizen who is an undergraduate.
- Currently receiving a federal pell grant.
- Experience abroad will last 28 days or longer in ONE country.
- Participating in a credit bearing experience approved by the UNT Study Abroad Office.
- Program is not in Cuba or not on the U.S. Department of State's current Travel Warning list: http://www.travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/tw/tw_1764.html. Students applying to programs in Mexico may only apply for scholarships to support study in Mexican states where no advisory is in effect according to the U.S. Department of State.

IIDA Texas Oklahoma Scholarships Available
The
IIDA Texas Oklahoma Scholarships are now available for submissions. The
scholarship amounts have been raised for this year. There will now be three
$4,000 scholarships awarded – one to a junior, a senior, and a grad student. In
addition there is also a $4,000 study abroad scholarship that can be used for
students currently on study abroad this semester or who might be going in the
spring or summer. Please note that your school does NOT have to have an IIDA
Campus Center, but the student must be an IIDA member. Deadline for applications is OCTOBER 20.
Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements:
• Current IIDA Member
• Enrolled within the Texas Oklahoma Chapter’s jurisdiction as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program with Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA) or graduate program.
• Declared Interior Design (or related) Major
• Hold a cumulative 3.0 GPA
• Shall not be a previous recipient of this scholarship

PAVE Accepting Student Aid Applications
The
Planning and Visual Education Partnership (PAVE) is now accepting applications for
its 2014 scholarship program benefiting college students. PAVE has awarded over
$75,000 in financial grants over the past five years to students and over
$25,000 will be awarded in 2014.

Eric Feigenbaum Academic Scholarship Deadline Feb. 14
The Planning and Visual Education Partnership (PAVE) is now accepting
applications for the 2014 Eric Feigenbaum Academic Scholarship. This award
recognizes and supports leadership potential in the field through a $5,000
award. The scholarship is solely academic based and applications. Guidelines,

CVAD Student Project Award Fund Deadline Feb. 14
CVAD Student Project Award Fund is
to provide funds for projects (including materials), study abroad, conferences,
presentations, research opportunities, and internships (among other
possibilities) that enrich the education and opportunities of CVAD students.
Awards of up to $2,500 will be granted based on the educational or professional
impact of the opportunity to the student, the department, the college, and/or
the university. These grants will require a minimum of $100 in matching funds.
There will be two rounds of funding in 2014: February 14, 2014 and April 18,
