Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC)
The Federal (EEOICPA) Procedure Manual provides an overview of the Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) program and the general policies and procedures used by DEEOIC claims staff in the processing and adjudication of claims. The Procedure Manual is supplemented by EEOICPA Bulletins and Circulars and is updated periodically. The unified Procedure Manual was published on February 26, 2010; replacing the previous Part B and Part E Procedure Manuals. The unified version represents the currently authorized procedures for all claims adjudication under Part B and Part E of the EEOICPA.
