​The mission of the Office of D.C. Pensions is to implement the Secretary’s responsibilities under the Balanced Budget Act of 1997, Public Law 105-33 (111 Stat. 251), and to make timely and accurate Federal benefit payments associated with the District of Columbia Retirement Programs for police officers, firefighters, teachers and judges. The mission of the Office of D.C. Benefits administration services are provided by the District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB).
