Office of Emergency Response and Recovery Overview

The Office of Emergency Response & Recovery (OERR) serves as the agency-wide lead for:

  • continuity of operations / government,
  • disaster policy, planning, support, and operational coordination; and
  • special security programs.

In this role, OERR integrates the full suite of agency authorities, capabilities and equities to enact and guide the development of structured programs ensuring the resiliency of GSA's mission essential functions.
