Autorized Provider Partnership Program
Military Funeral Honors became a statutory benefit to all eligible veterans of all branches of service in January of 2000; consisting of two (2) uniformed military personnel folding and presenting the American Flag to the Next of Kin and the playing of TAPS.
Veteran Organizations, for many years, have been honoring veterans with funeral honors, for all brahcnes of service.
Military Funeral Honor Teams located all around the State of North Dakota work hand and hand with the veteran organizations - conducting Military Funeral Honors.
The Military Funeral Honors Program has created a unique partnership with local veteran organizations allowing full honors to be given for all eligible veterans consisting of Rifle Volleys, TAPS and Ceremonial folding and presenting of the American Flag.
All states have a Military Funeral Honors Program. North Dakota is blessed with the dedication of our Veteran Organizations. This program would not be successful without the selfless service of our veteran groups.
