OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR

FAU Self-Service

FAU Self-Service places the power of managing your records and information into your hands. Self-Service is accessible for students via MyFAU.

Currently with Self-Service, you can register for classes, check the schedule of courses, pay your fees, and update personal information.

Order Official Transcripts Online via Self-Service

You can now order official transcripts online via Self-Service. Current students and those who have taken at least 1 course within the last 3 terms need to log into MyFAU for access to Self-Service. If you wish to have your transcript sent after your degree has been posted, please check your unofficial transcript to be sure the degree has been conferred. There is a $10 fee for each transcript ordered. We are not able to waive fees for transcripts ordered incorrectly.

Former students can find information on accessing Self-Service on the Order Transcripts page.

Transcripts can also be ordered via mail or in person. Please complete the Transcript request form and include $10.00 for each transcript you wish to order and mail or bring the form to the Office of the Registrar on any campus.

Registration Dates and Times:

  • Advance registration (for degree-seeking student only) which begins months before classes. Students are assigned certain dates for registration based on their student level. See the Registration Schedule for specifics.
  • Normal registration including non-degree students, continues through to the end of the first week of classes which is referred to as normal registration. Check the Academic Calendar for specific dates and times.
  • State employees registration for state employees with tuition waivers. State employees with tuition waivers must observe a certain registration date also shown on the registration schedule. The term "state employee" does not include FAU staff members. State employees are associated with other state agencies.

And don't forget to pay your fees - by the end of the first week of classes. You may pay online through Self-Service in MyFAU.
