NoFEAR Act Report

On May 15, 2002, President Bush signed the Notification and Federal Employee Anti-discrimination and Retaliation (NoFEAR) Act of 2002 into law. The intent of the No FEAR Act is to make federal agencies directly accountable for violations of antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws.

The NoFEAR Act requires that federal agencies post quarterly on their public web sites certain summary statistical data relating to equal employment opportunity complaints filed under Title 29 CFR Part 1614 (including individual complaints, class complaints and mixed case complaints).

In accordance with the NoFEAR Act, this report provides statistical information on equal employment opportunity complaints filed against the Export-Import Bank of the U.S. from FY 2007 to the present. The data presented is the best available data as of the current posting.
