If you are planning a trip to the Nation's Capital, my office may be able to provide you with tickets to tours of many of Washington, D.C.'s popular attractions and historical landmarks. To request a tour, please enter your information in the form below. Tour hours and ticket availabilities vary throughout the year, so please contact my office with at least 8-12 weeks advance notice whenever possible.
Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that due to sequestration budget cuts and staffing reductions that have gone into effect this month, the White House has cancelled all scheduled tours and pending requests. This was not a decision made by Congressman Cuellar’s office, but by the White House itself.
While a White House tour was unavailable for booking, we’d like to invite you to visit The White House Visitor’s Center, located a few blocks from the White House, which is open seven days a week from 7:30 am to 4pm; no tickets are required. There you will find videos and other exhibits of historical importance to the White House, and you should allow 20 minutes to one hour to see everything. Because of its proximity, you can walk to the outer areas of the White House campus to take pictures.
We look forward to your visit.
