HPMC Occupational Medical Services (HPMC) schedules routine exams for CH2M Hill Plateau Remediation Company (CHPRC), Department of Energy (DOE) (including Richland Operations and Office of River Protection), Mission Support Alliance (MSA), Washington Closure Hanford (WCH), Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International, Inc. (ATLII), and Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS).  When an Employee Job Task Analysis (EJTA) is submitted for current employees requiring new medical exams or an annual exam is due, HPMC medical schedulers run a report showing who is due and schedule the appointment.  An appointment notice is sent electronically to the manager and worker with the date, time, and location of the appointment.  Additionally, an electronic appointment reminder is sent to the manager and worker one-week prior to the appointment date.

It is the responsibility of the employing company Human Resources representative to contact HPMC Medical Scheduling to schedule appointments for new hire and separating workers.  It is also the responsibility of the prime contractor to contact HPMC Medical Scheduling to schedule appointments for their sub-contractors (this does not include pre-selected/prime sub-contractors).
