All Month / January 20-26	Family Fit Lifestyle Month and Healthy Weight Week Promote NDEP’s Small Steps. Big Rewards. Your GAME PLAN to Prevent Type 2 Diabetes booklet, Power to Prevent: A Family Lifestyle Approach to Diabetes Prevention booklet, and Step by Step and Movimiento por su vida music CDs. Share NDEP’s “Eat Fruits and Veggies to Lose Weight & Lower Your Risk for Type 2 Diabetes” feature article. Help people eat healthy foods with diabetes-friendly recipes from NDEP’s Tasty Recipes for People with Diabetes and Their Families book and recipe card Set 1 and Set 2.
