The Virginia Museum of Natural History is hosting two science-themed presentations free to the public on October 10 and 14, with guest speakers from the University of Virginia and Virginia Commonwealth University. 

VMNH, VCU Partner on 3D Scanning Project

Staff and students from the Virtual Curation Laboratory at Virginia Commonwealth University have periodically visited the museum in recent months to work with museum specimens using 3D scanning technology.
