The Freedom Hall Fitness Center is a well equipped fitness facility with two indoor basketball/volleyball courts, racquetball courts, rooms suitable for aerobics or classrooms, a sauna, a well equipped weight room, and a full line of aerobic machines. Outdoors there are exercise bars, tennis courts, and a sand volleyball court.

For clients' comfort, the facility is air conditioned. To make use of the aerobic machines more enjoyable, there is cable TV visible to most machines.

Staff members will assist you with exercise advice and supervision, will set you up with a personalized program, and will help you monitor progress. Some of the staff members have been through a training program to get personal fitness program counselor qualified.

You may sign out sports and exercise equipment, to include bicycles,and golf gear. Towel service is available, as are lockers, and temporary valuables storage.

We are proud of our fitness center, and know you will be pleased.

Just as a reminder, that all persons entering this facility MUST have proper ID, i.e. Military ID

Class Definitions:



Ab-Solutely: 30 minutes of intense abdominal work.
Step-N-Sweat: Higher intensity than Step, get ready to sweat in this class!
Body Shaping: An all over body workout using low weights and high repetitions to tone your body without bulking up.
Spinning: A high impact workout. If you think it's just sitting on a stationary bicycle, you need to come see us, Don't forget to bring your water bottle!
Pushup-Situp: Designed to help increase APFT scores!
Intense Circuit Training: A combination of highly intense exercises to blast the fat and tone & shape your body
Zumba: Aerobic dance workout using latin music styles such as salsa and meringue. Zumba can burn hundreds of calories per hour, depending on your body type and the intesity with which you perform the maneuvers
Yoga: Stretches, strengthens, tones, aligns, and improves the health of the body
