Compounded Flavors Manufactured In-House

The requirements for in-house compounded flavors, for the most part, are the same as the requirements for purchased ones. The rules for disclosure of ethanol, predominant ingredients, colors, and limited ingredients must be followed.  However, these flavors do not need to be approved by TTB.
