Dickinson College

HACC is an accessible, affordable, high quality, comprehensive community college. The multi-campus college serves as a premier educational and workforce development institution. Certificate of Residency

Soldiers and dependents that reside in a Sponsoring School District are eligible to receive a Certificate of Residency to attend HACC at 50% off regular tuition rates.

Participants must get the Residency Certificate from your local School District’s Administration Office before registering at HACC.  Remember to bring with you a copy of assignment orders.

Wilson College is a private liberal arts college. It has one of the best Teacher Intern Programs (TIP) in Central Pennsylvania. Individuals with a Bachelor’s degree or higher who lack teacher certification can complete the academic requirements for the Instructional I certificate. Wilson teaches evening classes here. Penn State is a multi campus university with one in Harrisburg. It offers a variety of baccalaureate, master and doctoral degree programs. PSH has a dual admission program with Harrisburg Area Community College.
