Sharing files on your profile

I learned (from CW5 Juan Convers) a capability available via this CoP.  Files (including Sharepoint files) can be uploaded into your profile to be shared with others.  To navigate to your profile, log in as a member,  click on your name which is on the toolbar across the top of the homepage.  Click on "ADD" and fill out the pop-up form.
Benefit/Value
Now that the use of pen drives has been banned, this capability offers a means by which files may be shared with others.
