Your Pay and Leave statement will show whether health benefit premiums are being deducted from your salary and, if so, the health plan name and enrollment code, which signifies what option you’re enrolled in and enrollment type (Self Only or Self and Family). You can also find this information through an agency self-service system such as Employee Express, MyPay, Employee Personal Page, or PostalEase.
In addition, your Human Resources Office maintains records of your enrollment activity and can verify what health benefit coverage you have.
