	NSPE Announces New Executive Director NSPE has named Mark J. Golden, CAE, FASAE, as the Society's new executive director and corporate secretary effective January 31, 2013. He has over 30 years of leadership experience in both trade and professional societies.		2012 PE Favorites Here are some of the top-viewed articles of 2012, along with staff picks. 	Guard Against Liability Claims Firms and individuals who want to guard against increasing liability claims now have an updated resource from NSPE. The publication, A State-by-State Summary of Liability Laws Affecting the Practice of Engineering (2012), is a must-have tool for firms drafting or negotiating service agreements, and managing risks in various states. Cost for members is $25.		2013 Milton F. Lunch Ethics Contest All current NSPE individual members through their NSPE state societies, and NSPE chapters (including student chapters) are invited to participate in the 2013 NSPE Milton F. Lunch Ethics Contest which provides an opportunity to match your wits with experienced P.E.s and engineering students throughout the country!
	Honor Your Colleagues NSPE now allows any member in good standing to submit nominations for the NSPE Award and the Distinguished Service Award. NSPE state societies can also submit nominees for the Young Engineer of the Year Award. The new submission deadline is February 28, 2013.
