Should employees of all businesses located in Meadville’s central business district, including stores, restaurants and offices, be prohibited from parking at metered parking within the central business district while at work?

Yes. People doing business downtown shouldn’t be forced to walk so that employees can park in front of the door.
Maybe. Employees should be strongly encouraged to find other parking alternatives, including renting spaces in any of the city lots, but it shouldn’t be required.
No way. People should have a right to park legally wherever they want.
