Other agencies make payments to OPM programs, including employee benefit programs and the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) program. In order to assist OPM and its auditors, we've established agreed upon procedures (AUP) for the other agencies IGs or designated auditors to perform, and report the results to OPM.
