1.0 Introduction
This Subject Area is applicable to all Office of Science (SC) Site Offices and SC Headquarters (HQ). These procedures describe Environment, Safety and Health (ES&H) reports which must be submitted by the SC Site Offices and, as applicable, by HQ Managers to SC HQ. These reports are in addition to the reporting requirements in U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Directives (see Section 5.0, Requirements).
