The Center for ADR administers the DoD Roster of Neutrals which provides neutrals for ADR proceedings for DoD organizations, acts as a clearinghouse for ADR information, is involved in ADR education and awareness training, and supports the Office of General Counsel in implementing the DoD ADR Program. The Chief of the Center for ADR is the Office of General Counsel ADR Liaison, representing the General Counsel in ADR matters within the Department and to other Federal agencies, interagency entities and the private sector.
