AASHTO and FHWA are pleased to announce that the application process for projects is now open for the second Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP2). SHRP2 uses innovative technologies to deliver more efficient, cost-effective programs that help meet today’s complex transportation challenges. Applications are due by March 22, 2013.
