Is there any DoD or Navy guidance on the final report(s) required to close down a Joint Urgent Operational Need? I am currently supporting a project that was started by a CENTCOM JUON. It started in aproximately 2006 and will have been funded aproximately $100M by the time it completely finishes in 2014-2015. It purchased several pieces of SATCOM equipment and funded contractor support both in theater and CONUS.
