Serving Michigan

HUD supports the development, rehabilitation and maintenance of multiple-unit affordable housing through FHA mortgage insurance programs. We provide capital grants to non-profits for the construction and support of affordable housing for the elderly and persons with disabilities.

Your Local Multifamily Office

The Detroit Multifamily HUB administers multifamily housing programs throughout Michigan. Staff in the Grand Rapids Office provides oversight for Western Michigan.
