Chang-Yong Nam

Electronic Nanomaterials

Dr. Nam is an Assistant Scientist at the Center for Functional Nanomaterials of the Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). His research program focuses on developing nanostructured semiconductor device architectures for efficient energy conversion application and understanding their device optoelectronic properties. Related expertise of his covers semiconductor nanowire devices, organic/hybrid photovoltaics, nano/microfabrication, and electronic transport & optoelectronic measurements. He received Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania in 2007 and has been a prestigious Goldhaber Distinguished Fellow at BNL from 2007 to 2010.
