If you have a background in engineering, you could be involved in overseeing operations at one of our laboratories or sites, using your program management and technical skills to ensure that complex activities at these facilities meet NNSA’s requirements.  

As a foreign affairs specialist, you could find yourself working to prevent the spread of illicit nuclear materials used in weapons of mass destruction and mitigate security risks in nuclear operations around the world.  No matter what your background may be, NNSA has a position that will let you use your talents to make the world a safer place.  

If your background is business management or administration, you may be responsible for negotiating and administering multi-million dollar contracts for major NNSA programs and initiatives.  If you are in finance or accounting, you could be involved in planning, funding and tracking budgets for projects that take on the world’s most difficult technical and scientific problems.  If you have human resources expertise, you could provide consultative and technical support to organizations on all aspects relating to human resources management.
