On November 19, 2008, the Office of Information and Privacy (OIP), Department of Justice, will hold a government-wide session on the two sections of the OPEN Government Act that take effect on December 31, 2008, Sections 6 and 7, which pertain to time limits, tolling, routing of requests and tracking numbers.
